All items you purchase from us are entitled with the Legal warranty. Briefly this means that you can expect an items does what it has to do within reason. An item should not show any defects, which are not expected during the expected life under normal use. If this is not the case, we will solve it for free for you. This can be in the form of repair, replace or refund the purchase price paid.

Each product you buy with us has warranty. However, you will only be eligible for this with a good reason (such as a factory error). What is not covered you'll find below.

Do you meet a legitimate reason, please contact us. Send us pictures's for clarity along. We will review your request. If your reasons are valid reviewed by us you can return the product to us. If you have the return form in your possession, you can fill in the form with reason for returning. If you don't have the return form consider adding a covering letter with the reason for return and order and customer number. The return package can be sent to our address for example through the post office. You can also send your return package for free through a DHL Parcelshop / DHL Service Point to us. You can submit your returnpackage online by DHL through the return link provided on your Account overview. You can then take your return pakage to a local DHL Parcelshop / DHL Service Point. Upon receipt we will check your item carefully. If necessary, we will contact you or supplier. Once we accept the product we will send a replacement or refund the amount paid.
You can file a complaint with us very easily through our complaint form. The complaint may be about a product or order but also can be about our services. Once you have send a complaint you get from us a confirmation by email and we will process your complaint as soon as possible. You will receive a substantive response within 14 days.
