Your order delivered to them wherever and whenever you want? No problem. You can choose with this shipping methode when your package will be delivered. In the morning, afternoon or evening! Also you can choose the delivery date itself!
Period and date of delivery: Self-choose where and when your order should be delivered.
24-hour service: DHL delivers your package the first workingday after the * day of payment.
Track & Trace: You can follow your package online with Track & Trace.
Saturday Delivery: DHL delivers also on Saturdays.
Evening Delivery: DHL delivers also in the evening.
4 delivery attempts: DHL tries to deliver at a later date a second, third, and fourth time. This is usually the next day. (Only within the Netherlands)
Pick up at DHL Parcelshop / DHL Service Point: If delivery is not possible, you can pick up your package at the DHL Parcelshop / DHL Service Point.
* Day of payment: The day when we received your payment / order. You will get automatically notified.

It is of course nice to be able to track your order. This is possible with the Track & Trace code. Once we have shipped your order you will get this code with a link received by email. Also, you can use the Track & Trace code found under your Order History page in your account.

We understand that you want to have your package discreetly delivered. After all, not everyone has to know that you have placed an order with us. That's why we ship all packages discreetly. It is also not possible to deliver the package with your neighbors.
